Vitamin Boost Jicama Mint Lime Juice

Jicama, the "Mexican Potato" is a crisp white vegetable that has a little bit of sweetness. Jicama is full of vitamin C, B-6, and antioxidants. This milky white drink is perfect for summer that gives you hydrated and keeps you healthy. Drink it immediately or it will turn bitter!



  1. Remove the skin from the jicama

  2. Wash and chop everything into pieces to fit into a blender

  3. Blend all the ingredients, filter them and pour into a glass
